punktum Posted August 1, 2007 Share #1 Posted August 1, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Any experience? I know that you can shot with TTL and the older SC-17 Nikon cable. Does the SC-28 gives TTL functionality with the M8 and the SF-24D, too? Thank´s for any advice. Frank
Advertisement Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Hi punktum, Take a look here Nikon SC-28 works with SF-24D?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
ho_co Posted August 2, 2007 Share #2 Posted August 2, 2007 Frank, I assume so, though I haven't tried it. Nikon says the change from SC-17 to SC-28 is that the cable now runs parallel to the body instead of perpendicular as before. So I would go for it. It should work as well as the SC-17 despite the changed esthetics, which I'm sure are worth the increased cost. --HC
Michael M. Posted August 2, 2007 Share #3 Posted August 2, 2007 It works (so fare I have tested up to now) Got mine 2 days before and all seams fine (M8 / SF24D) Now cable went out parallel to camera, so flashing with Visoflex ist now OK too.
