I'm fairly blown away by this camera after only having it several days.  Love nearly everything about it, but especially the files coming out of it are lovely - what a lens and the focusing is spot on amazing manual or auto!  My 5D MKIV was just too big to carry around for fun shots, so I was not shooting nearly enough and my iPhone - well...ya know.    So, the Q seems perfect to fill the void.

I wonder. Did you ask permission before shooting this? I’m asking to try and discover a little of the magic you bring to photography. Another great shot.

Thanks for your comment :) no I don’t ask, I don’t have a rule, in this case I was in turkey, and there were no ways to communicate with this elder man :D I don’t know how to explain it, it’s just a feeling with me and the subject, I don’t put anybody in pose, I just look at the scene befor I took the photo and then I make the photo :)

Snow, snow and more snow, looking out my front window, the first image was yesterday, the second today ,a strange discoloration appears on the first image that is not present on the original Jpeg.

Q is a camera that is very versatile and produces great photos in low light.

Sharing my chance of capturing something I cannot explain... a strange band of blue in the dawn sky when I got up early.

I will keep a look out to see if it recurs.

We have a "Rafter" of turkeys in our neighborhood. Yes, that's the correct term when you have a group of turkeys. We have one dominant "Tom", 5 "Jakes" and 26 "Hens" roaming around our rural part of Colorado. They are actually great fun to watch and this spring will be even more interesting as the Jakes begin to challenge the Tom for the right to mate. This Tom loves to challenge me when I'm trying to take his photo. I think he actually likes the Q since he always comes closer to it while I'm busy focusing. The Q is definitely not a great birding camera unless you have very inquisitive birds like this one.

Amazing shot!
