I think it would be challenging for the average person to take 2 photos a minute. Don't forget that for first time in Leica M, burst of 5 i/s is possible . I have tried once, that's useful when needed and this is quietly done . 1000 images would take only 200 s continous, if battery allow this of course. Since I ordered something on Thu, didn't pay much attention I guess. It looks like they honored the $95 price on Jan 20th, which most think was a mistake.
