Where are the Batteries for the M10?

1000 shots in one day. If one was to shoot for 8 hours its 125 shots a hour, 2 shots a minute. I think it would be challenging for the average person to take 2 photos a minute. 

 

Don't forget that for first time in Leica M, burst of 5 i/s is possible :p .

I have tried once, that's useful when needed and this is quietly done :) .

 

1000 images would take only 200 s continous, if battery allow this of course.

I just realized I had an email from B&H this past Friday saying that a battery for an M10 shipped that day (March 3rd).  Since I ordered something on Thu, didn't pay much attention I guess.

 

It looks like they honored the $95 price on Jan 20th, which most think was a mistake.

Still no batteries arriving in the USA? Anyone seen a new version 2 eyepiece +1.0 . Missed one at the Leica Store LA by a few hours .

I spoke with Leica USA on Thursday -- they received 800 batteries this week and are in the process of filling back orders so they should start showing up at retailers I suppose this week

Bless you for this information. I'll start haunting the two stores from where I've ordered the two extras I need...
