Yes. The pic here was snapped on an M Monocrom but the answer is the same. I (usually) only use the 21 /4 with my Monochrom so, unlike with my M-D Typ-262, the MM has a rear screen(!) which means Chimping is possible. As it happens, though (and oddly enough), on this occasion things worked the other way around as I had already taken a similar snap on the other body (TTL metered with '74 35mm Summilux) so I had already worked out my intended exposure and transposed ISO/ Orange Filter results accordingly even before I tripped the shutter. One of the things I (almost) always love about the way the 21 / 4 renders with the M Monochrome has to do with the inherent vignetting due the non-retrofocus design and how it works with the Microlenses of the MM sensor. The vignetting of the image as posted might appear to be greatly exaggerated but, believe me, the pic is almost SOOC and absolutely no vignetting has been added. FWIW when I remember to change lens-codes with the MM I usually like to dial-in the 21 / 4 as an old 50mm f1.2 Noctilux. Philip. Just for the sheer halibut here's the corresponding - and, as it's so unremittingly Dull, intended to remain 'Unseen' forever - snap from the MD; Welcome, dear visitor! Again; pretty much SOOC so I wasn't surprised to discover that the exposure for the 21 /4 on the MM was as I had expected it to be. Philip. And in turn thanks to you, pegelli, for posting that photograph from 2014. I was down there(*) a few months ago and took many snaps of the buildings and the ships. I'll be particularly interested to see what changes have been made to the S.S.Robin - the Victorian-era Tramp Steamer aboard the floating pontoon - in the intervening 8 years. This whole area is now part of a £3.5 Billion redevelopment scheme. Incidentally the brown building to the left of the Spllers place is the old Hovis Bread Mill.
