Keith (M) Posted January 19, 2018 Share #3643 Posted January 19, 2018 Trying out my 1967 35mm Summaron f2.8 with Novoflex adaptor on new Sony A6500 (APS-C). Without pixel-peeping the results look OK (ISO 1000, 1/60sec, f2.8, min focus distance). Welcome, dear visitor! Keith (M) Posted January 19, 2018 Share #3646 Posted January 19, 2018 (edited) Its surprising how many of the same titles we have in our bookshelves, Keith. (When's the library book due back? ) Pete. In which case I will have to photograph the rest! (Library book - not due back at all! A purchase from a US bookseller who had bought it (well past its sell-by date) from a US library). PS - the book contains a broad range of Edwin Smith's portfolio. His landscapes are inspiring. Edited January 19, 2018 by Keith (M)

Edwin Smith: an excellent photographer, now almost forgotten. And not only landscapes, architecture as well. Used to own a book I stumbled over; unexplicably lost when I moved a few years ago (and no, I don´t suspect anybody in particular...
