Just this evening bought a 1972 Jupiter 3 (50mm, f1.5) and these are three snaps from its maiden voyage. It seems to focus perfectly on my M10's RF and is a pleasure to use so far - I think I'm going to have fun with it..... All at 1.5 or 2, M10 at ISO 1600 or 3200

I have borrowed some manual focus Nikkor lenses. I find it difficult to focus at infinity with the rear screen on M10. It is my first time using an adapter.

Wondering what the definition of “older glass” is for this thread? Both Vogtländers in the last two posts are something like 15 years old or less.

The 35 Summicron ASPH is older than both of them (22 years)

It's in the original post in the thread.  As Exodies very kindly points out the lens should not be the current model.

The Voigtlander APO-Lanthar 125 Macro is not available new anymore and the Voigtlander 15/4.5 v1 has been superseded by both the version 2 and version 3 so both pictures qualify.

The Leica 35/2 Summicron-M asph has been superseded by the version 2 that was adjusted to be compatible with digital sensor requirement so the version 1 35/2 Summicron-M asph would also qualify.

Pete.
