Hi Steve - I find that in the middle of a nasty blizzard people are somewhat numb to the flash. Their attention is distracted by the harsh elements and trying to navigate the slippery sidewalks etc. M-A, 28mm elmarit pre-asph, Portra 400 Welcome, dear visitor! A miller Posted November 20, 2016 Author Share #48 Posted November 20, 2016 Thanks Adam... And the last one, that's a cracker, love the ski goggles and you can see his eyes swivelled towards the camera Thanks, Steve. I remember that dude, name is Rich February (from Chicago), hard to forget that name. That one was a random candid and then he asked me to photograph him for real. But I like this one better; so did he when I sent it to him... Another with a good feeling of the brunt of the blizzard (from 2013) M9, 35mm lux asph Welcome, dear visitor! schmolinski Posted November 20, 2016 Share #49 Posted November 20, 2016 Adam, what a wonderful series! I love it. And the best is the freedom you have in the US photographing in the public. Here In Germany we have more difficult conditions, which make is not so easy for street photographers. Cheers!

Kref Posted November 22, 2016 Share #52 Posted November 22, 2016 Good to see these, the first is a cracker. (Q: Intuitively I would say that the film Leica body is more resilient to precipitation than its electronic cousin, is this myth or fact?) Hello Steve. Later there were a few digital images, but when you posted this there were only images from an M3 and an M-A and I hope you realize that both are film cameras? The M-A is the simplified version of the MP (actually an MP without an exposure meter for a grand rebate of round about 100USD).

Only the work demands it's tribute since I have become CEO in my company. Hope next year I can contribute a bit more. The more I enjoy your photography! Once thing to add. I just walked through your website NYC people gallery. There are so many great images! Was great joy. Do you still shot digital or did you go back to film only? Do you still shot digital or did you go back to film only? Many thanks, Gerry, Robert and Dario! Dario - Congrats on your success in your field. I am very happy for you and wish you much more continued success and prosperity. As for your question, I gave up digital about 2 years ago and since have been exclusively shooting film, both 35mm as well as medium format. Couldn't be happier!
