Leica X Vario Photos

Evening all. Time to play spot the newbie! I treated myself to an X Vario for a special "0" birthday and so far I'm loving it, though I've only taken a handful of test shots to date. The attached is a straight out of the camera JPEG using the high contrast B&W setting. Please ignore the (lack of) photographic merit and enjoy the tones!

Adrian.

Warm days, with a bit of dew overnight, fungus appears.

I have all but retired the T, it is sitting forlornly, I grabbed the X-Vario.

Straight out of camera JPEG's.

I contemplated slipping the Elpro(s) on but found the macro as it is sufficient.

And the top view wasn't too bad either.

Remember the low light debates on the X Vario. I would like to add a couple of photographs I took at the recent Christmas tree lighting festivities in Santa Fe, new Mexico, where I now make my home.

Happy Holidays to all, in case I missed anyone.

Alien landscape - at least to English eyes  (Central-eastern Spain, Villargordo del Cabriel).  Also illustrates the DoF that the X-Vario is capable of.
