Voigtlander color skopar 28mm 3.5 ltm

Hi

I am interest to buy the voigtlander 28mm 3.5 lens and use it on M9. But seem like not much review of this lens on the net. Anyone own this lens please give me some comments of it. Alternatively should i get a canon 28mm 2.8 ltm instead?

Scroll down the page until you get to the 28mm lenses. There's a short glowing review on it.

It's a great little lens, quite sharp. I have one which I use with my old Leica screw thread film cameras. I bought it because as a 28mm in screw thread it's a much better lens than the old screw thread Leitz lenses.

 

I've used on the M9 as well with an LTM to M adapter.

 

I'll have a look tomorrow and see if I can find some images that I've taken with it.
