The 412 is type 4 (1968-1974), this one is type 3 series (1961-1973). Couple of years earlier and later when they build both together, the smaller model. MUCH nicer looking, drives like a big beetle and has TWO trunks, one in the front and one in the back (it has a pretty flat engine under the rear trunk). 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
