good evening,

 

and here are the promised leipzig shots from yesterday evening. working with a lens with a max. aperture of 3.8 at night proved to be a challenge - but it somehow worked. interesting, how many things one can find to lean on ... one trick that proved really helpful was to put the camera on the 2 sec auto-timer - easier to hold it straight in the moment of taking the picture.

 

btw, the statues on #2 are standing in front of the so-called auerbach-keller. those of you familiar with goethe's faustus might remember the scene ... :)

Hi Markus,

 

Fantastic series of images. I particularly like #1 with the Nordsee Fisch Zurück 250m, and #4 for the sense of motion created by the escalators. Well done and thank you for sharing these with us.
