Hi folks. If I like the look of the images I'm getting from my later M-Rokkor 40mm lens, but I want something that matches the framelines better on my M-P 240 (or any other non-CL body), which version/generation Summicron do I want? I am thinking primarily of the 35mm length, because I think it's closer to the 40mm length.
I love my lens, but I'm a bit fed up with estimating what's in frame.
"What do I love about my lens?" TOUGH QUESTION for me to answer. There is something about the wide-open look that I just love. It is somehow sharp and high contrast, but "gentle" with people. I really cannot describe it. But I just love it.
Side note - I also have a TTartisan 35mm "chinacron" as well as 7Artisans 50mm 1.4, and feeling the urge to get the "real thing" Leica lens.
Thanks
