M11M with Visoflex2 - vnishing grid

I've been using the M11M with Visoflex2 happily, with grid and level for some time.  More recently they have just vanished from the screen, and no amount of menu hunting can reinstate them.  I'm sure I've not inadvertantly removed them.  I have just updated to 2.0.2 firmware with no effect.  Has anyone come across this?

Still there on my M11 (not M11M) with 2.0.2. You have to dig quite deep into the menu to find it:

Menu Page 4 -> Capture Assistants -> Info Profiles -> Info Profile #x -> Grids

thanks for reply, yes, quite deep, too deep to 'accidentally' cancel anything.  So I've tried to set up a profile with grids 'switched on' to no avail, unfortunately.  Will have another try later though.

Profiles can get wiped out during firmware update unless you select to save them.

But I didn't quite understand, are you saying that you changed the setting and still don't see the grid?

Also, keep in mind that you need to push the center button to cycle through the info pages. I think by default, one is a blank screen, devoid of any capture assistants. You may be viewing that one?

Just tried with M11M, visoflex 2, and FW v2.0.2. The grids are still there if you turn them on.

Yes, and as far as i can see, i have.  Profile#1 shows on the menu home screen as being in use.
