B-A-C Posted February 24, 2017 Share #1142 Posted February 24, 2017 How is the 50 APO on film? Notice any difference from say a standard 50 cron? Not the quickest or the most convenient camera in the world but ultimately it's probably my favorite.

Clactonian Posted April 20, 2017 Share #1157 Posted April 20, 2017 (edited) Oh boy! Just unboxed this little beauty. Can't wait to put some film through it, but that will have to be at the weekend sadly. It has the .58 viewfinder which is perfect for use with my glasses. Steve Ricoh Posted April 29, 2017 Share #1160 Posted April 29, 2017 I've just ordered a black M6 from a dealer based on the Ex++ description and from the looks; good price too. Black paint on top of zinc, or is it plated prior to paint being applied? I'm also wondering what it will look like when the paint rubs away, will I see nasty zinc or what? Also advice on testing please as I have 14 days to return. I'm confident my lenses are good have tested on my M240, so RF test at minimum focus and infinity using the 50mm should do (yes?). I also have reference light meter so that's easy, but I need to test all SS which may be problematic at the slow end. Light leaks should be obvious, but is there anything else I should look for? Many thanks, Steve
