Well-chosen subjects and moments, Jayne. I see you chose to take your Panasonic zoom lens instead of your Leica tele-zoom. Can you draw any clear operational conclusions from your choice?

Thanks David.  Lens choice was made as I had Leica Q and a 50mm prime on film M with me also.  With 24-105  (35-150 ish) on the CL I felt pretty much covered everything.  I think I've said before I think image quality from the Leica zooms is slightly better in good light but IS in the Panasonic zoom is a real help in low light.

Bravo, Jayne! The Italian tourist bureau should buy your first 2! (Maybe not the 3rd 🙂)

Thanks Ken though I have no idea what you can have against the third🤣!

I guess if you get married in Rome Spanish Steps are a must do - the hoards that are ever present were really sweet with rounds of applause, good wishes and making space for their photographer to get some lovely shots, I grabbed a couple too - again CL and 24-105

Hey! I’m still away in Spain but I’ve been playing around with LR Mobile and some of my shots on an iPad. I won’t know how good or bad the result of that exercise is till I see them on the big screen at home but in the meantime I thought I’d post a couple here. Both taken at the Alhambra. The first is an ‘up’ shot to the windows and amazing decorative ceiling that must have been amazing once.

Trying to figure where in Rhode Island, East Providence? I know it doesn't matter, just like to get my geography right. Only place on the bay where the opposite bank is this close. Any way it is 60 degrees in Vermont but not as sunny.

Barrington River facing the Bay. The old American Tourister factory is just to the left, out of the photo.
