Jaap what a superb image, perfect, absolutely perfect!

Thank you for your kind words, I can still see some flaws that I need to correct on my full editing computer when I get home ;) I think I’llhave it printed large.

It’s a hard life but someone’s got to do it. Bathsheba beach, Barbados with CL and 18-56 (no option as lens stuck on camera with broken lens release).

Nicely framed of a beautiful place. I only wish you had no problems with your lens and the lady and the background were in focus.... Don't worry about your hard life in Barbados; many others are enjoying the winter in Boston and Chicago area. I am like you, suffering the sun in Florida!... Hard, hard!... ;)

Too big to embed directly, but you can link to an 8-shot panorama taken with my CL and an 18mm Super Elmar-M at f/8:

I didn't need 8 shots really, to get a 180 degree field of view, but the camera had to be placed where I couldn't use either viewfinder or LCD.

I just finished my blog with some CL (with 18/2.8 and 23/2.0) pictures of our hiking trip to La Palma. I won´t waste the thread here with too many of them. So, if you like some more of our holiday pictures, you can find them here: http://travelblog.bikedoll.de/index.php/ohnebanneroben?id=102

The text is also in basic english language

I shot an event with the CL and its 23/2.0 today.  Students presenting their course projects on novel interfaces.  Just set the camera for f/5.6 and 1/60, auto ISO.  Every shot was sharp and in focus.  For example:

Don't have any long lens so made do with the 35TL to try a shot of the red moon last night.
