tritentrue Posted May 31, 2018 Share #1629 Posted May 31, 2018 Another gloomy day where even f/5.6 pushed ISO well into four digits much of the time. Too, ~380mm AOV is a bit short for most birds, towards which one cannot "zoom with the feet"!! Carpenter Bees don't mind, though . . . Louis Posted May 31, 2018 Share #1634 Posted May 31, 2018 (edited) Amanda, I very much like both and your conversion to b/w. But I prefer the first one because that little part of the garden on the left situates the place and gives more “space” to the place. The second one is also very interesting because it gives an “abstract” feeling to the picture. My 2cts for what is worth,... bags27 Posted May 31, 2018 Share #1635 Posted May 31, 2018 (edited) Both are great, but I, too, prefer the first one. The window contains a strong reflection of the woods. With the cropped version, that reflection has no context. The highchair picture is a fabulous capture! Edited May 31, 2018 by bags27
Louis Posted May 31, 2018 Share #1636 Posted May 31, 2018 (edited) Finally, my dream car!... You can see lots of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Maseratis, RR, etc in Miami; but none of them is as eye-catching as this beauty. Women just go crazy for it!... Just imagine you have a date with the woman of your dreams, and you go picking her up with this car... She can not resist you anymore!... CL + Nikkor 50 mm, f/1.4 Look at those eyes. Isn't that a beauty!... You can even see the wonderful brain! Edited May 31, 2018 by Louis
