Herr Barnack Posted January 23, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 23, 2022 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Here is another review of the M11, this time from Shutterbug magazine and Jon Sienkiewicz, who seems to think highly of this camera. Included are some great images, including a few of a beautiful orange McLaren Senna LM. Review of the Leica M11: The Ultimate M https://www.shutterbug.com/content/review-leica-m11-ultimate-m Quote ...Worth repeating, the Leica M11 is the stuff that photographers’ dreams are made of. It combines the finest design elements and traditional operations of the original Leica M cameras, including lens compatibility and rangefinder-focus operation, with the best that modern digital still photography has to offer. The Leica M11 is the Ultimate M. Leica collectors will line up to buy this breakthrough model, but in truth the Leica M11 is made for the working professional photojournalist and commercial photographer. The Leica M11 provides the features, durability, specifications and versatility that working pros require. That's high praise. I can't say that I think he's wrong... snooper Posted January 23, 2022 Share #3 Posted January 23, 2022 You can’t trust any review from someone who wrote the FOTOS app is « modern innovation » (M10M review / conclusions).

Herr Barnack Posted January 23, 2022 Author Share #6 Posted January 23, 2022 I don't make it a point to keep up on which photographic entities have died recently.
tsleica Posted January 23, 2022 Share #7 Posted January 23, 2022 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Shutterbug used to be a regular read for me as well as Modern Photography etc. Back in the 80's & 90's. Word is a British conglomerate bought them out a few years ago..fired the staff..and so it goes.. Edited January 23, 2022 by tsleica change

I had a vaguely positive impression of the site, but don't look at it often. This review was just rewriting the specs, and the pictures of the fancy McLaren car weren't interesting. David Farkas had only a few days, tended to fill space with writing up the instruction set, but delivered some nice pictures. This guy claims he had the camera for a few weeks! nineteenfocus Posted January 24, 2022 Share #11 Posted January 24, 2022 It’s shocking the pictures that some reviewers choose to include in their review
