EMP from the NUDETs (nuclear detonations) will render every digital M camera useless that is exposed to it. Most NUDETs will be triggered at around 1000 feet altitude, so the resulting EMP damage will not be nearly as limited as would be the case in a ground level NUDET. Before any of that happens, I would fully expect a low orbit NUDET over both Europe and the continental U.S. to render all but the most hardened electronics useless. If that happens, welcome back to the early 1800s. Blacksmithing, cow milking and hog butchering will be the premiere skills in demand.

Indeed, their built like a tank body will be useful if things devolve into hand to hand combat. That said, I think the slightly weightier 10-R or better yet a 240, would be preferable for that sort of work.

We could make a short called Cameras of Fury, using a pair of M240s as weapons instead of nunchakus. And yes, @SrMi you are absolutely right - we should get back on task and resume bashing the "useless" M11. 😅 Edited March 1, 2022 by Herr Barnack

Need to modify the battery eject mechanism so that I can use the batteries as projectiles. I need more batteries.

Reid just published a new test about vignetting and on and off centre sharpness of the two recent APO’s 35 on M10M, M10R and M11. Shocking results…. 😉
TeeGee Posted March 1, 2022 Share #197 Posted March 1, 2022 It seems that the user profile does not save the resolution settings. If I change a profile a lot of settings may change but not the resolution. To me this is only a minor bug.

And a bit nerdy as well. I'm looking forward to a firmware update of the M11 so we can see the actual image quality, color drift and occasional glitches removed.

I love https://www.reidreviews.com for the depth perspective of it though. Always useful details he stumble over and goes deep and nerdy about.
