I did not want to pretend to show myself one way or another ... and my honest intention was always to know your opinions about the possibility of making a significant investment in a specific camera because although if I can buy that camera, I don't have a lot of dosh (whatever dosh is) so it would be an important effort… I always thought my metaphor would be understood but I notice that I was very confused…. however I have learned a lot about cameras, Rolex and ferraris in this thread so it was worth it…. If you like the look of an M10R and its within your budget just buy it i would say. The rolex is not relevant in my view unless you need to sell it. The equipment used to take it is certainly important, but it rarely rarely benefits me dramatically enough in terms of enjoyment of either equipment usage or the final image to make it worth my while buying the latest and greatest.
