How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

Blue Jeans poison dart frog. Cropped image from APS-C sensor mode, Sigma 105 macro art lens, 2x teleconverter, at f5.6 and I think 1/500 of a second, at ISO 4000, for an effective focal length of 319mm!)

Sorry Pete, 

i own both cameras (SL2/SL2S), therefore i am a littlebit confused about the pictures taken with Sl2 vs SL2s.... 😀  Next time i will be more careful about the image thread - promised!

I love the SL2-S for  high ISO capability, but this time really i used the SL2 (together with a Nikon for action/wildlife... it is a pity that Leica does not have sufficient tele-offerings - 500 mm for example -  and frame rate for that... i would switch the rest of my Nikon equipment to Leica - but they don't listen to me :-))))

From yesterday evening- two views of the same scene

First picture from my back balcony with the 75mm SC-SL towards west

Second picture in front of my house in exactly the opposite direction (east), at practically the same time: Sigma 3.5 24mm, two shots stitched in LR

The color is relatively exact as it was - crazy weather.
