Spanish Dagger plant w/CV Nokton 35 f/1.2 III wide open. The M10-R's wide DR in the highlights let me shoot these on a sunny day at f/1.2, 1/4000 sec. and still have a workable file. Just guessing about a stop better highlight recovery than my Canon R5.

Awesome. M10-R and 50Lux are a great combo. Maybe a little to much post processing in the skin?

Best I could do given the circumstances but I do agree. Spent about 2 seconds editing and shouldn’t have posted it.

I posted a better image with at least a little better editing in the people image thread. If you feel like it check it out and let me know if you like the editing better.

I appreciate the feedback!

This photo speaks also about Nokton iii. Seems a very capable lens.

More quick experimentation with Summilux 50mm f1.4 ASPH on Leica M10-R. Shot wide open. BTW, I'm a newbie and I posted a message I wanted to delete, but unfortunately I could not find "delete" button anywhere. Is it not possible to delete your own messages here on this forum?

RF for birds is definitely a nice challenge. It’s easy peasy with my Canon RF kit, and as a result not much fun. But with a 50mm, it becomes a lot more unpredictable.
