How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Thank you - very kind. She’s provided an excellent test subject for the new camera....and trying to capture a 2 year old turns out to be excellent for sharpening your focussing skills!

If you dont mind me asking... Your posting have almost the same quality than your same pictures once opened in Lightbox.. I mean they are superb.. What are your export settings ?

Thanks :)   In terms of export settings, after making whatever adjustments I think are needed with the sliders in LR Classic, I open it in PS where I have an 'action' to reduce the the image to 2480px (in line with forum recommendations), add a drop shade and then a frame. Save back to LR (as a .tiff) then export from LR as a .jpg @ 72dpi, max 900kb  (without changing the dimensions). Output sharpening is set to 'screen' and 'low'.  An example from last week's visit to Hauser & Wirth in Bruton (for the Don McCullin exhibition).

I really like this David! The contrast of the white horse with the threatening sky and then there is the smallish black horse off to the side. Great picture elements!

Driving to work this morning. M10M & 50 Lux. Nothing special but haven't contributed to the M10M images for a while and feel left out. Trying to take at least 1 picture a day.
