Train Art  - 400 iso + 0.3 ev.  On a flat day of lighting but no means dark. The Histogram showed relative underexposure especially at ground level +0.3 ev to bring shadows up. Orange filter to facilitate brighter tones for yellow locomotive cab and darken blues on the side.  Fair amount of work in Photoshop

These images shot under the grayest sky near dusk are not great looking, but like my recent post, they have interesting content.  A shoot for the film Venom 2.  A pretty huge crew.  In the second shot, the DP Bob Richardson strides across the frame out of focus (not until I saw him sitting with headphones on in the back seat of the Porsche camera car, did I realize who he was).  The director, Andy Serkis.  75mm Summicron with, for better or worse, yellow filter.

This morning I made a 16" x 12" print (Pixma Pro 100) - very pleased!

What did the pub used to be called? I'm afraid that many of these new pub names leave me a bit cold.

(Of course, maybe that is its original name – in which case I still hate it!)

'The Smoking Dog'?  I don't recall seeing it called anything else.

Nikkor 3.5 f1.8 ltm, perfect combo! So happy I was able to find a good copy of one of the best vintage lenses for Leica.

Well if you are going there again may be they will know the answer. It looks like a very old building. I don't know how long it's been a pub. If it is only recently a public then maybe that is the original name

Well done, especially preserving dramatic sky details with the orange filter.

Very evocative image.  My IR filters (092 and 093) are en-route... how much IR light does the M10M let through (how many stops are lost with the 092 filter)?  Have you tried with a 093 filter (or the equivalent)?
