My personal Covid-19 photo challenge - due to travel restrictions I started shooting around my front door in my hometown Eschweiler (in the very West of Germany) - a city really not known as photographic hot spot;) - All photos shot with SL2 and native SL lenses.  Some of the pics have already been shown in this thread. Thanks for having a look.

Red chestnut macros with SL 2  First two with L Macro 60 mm - OK you lose resolution, but you win stabilisation. And for these pictures 20 MP are good enough. Second two with Canon MP-E 65 - a very special lens. I own two other macro lenses from Canon too, but I like the Leica L 60 Macro very much, even on the SL 2 and not only on the CL.

Very nice; I enjoy your colour palette and delicate use of sharpness. Stay safe!

SL2+SL AVE SL 90-280 280mm) ISO 1600 f8 1/2500s Germanys highest peak - Zugspitze

Due to thef restrictions due to COVID19, my radius is currently very limited. After all, it is possible to go on a "photo safari" around my apartment. A good opportunity to get to know and try out my new equipment. The APO Vario Elmarit 90-280 is currently pushing itself a bit to the fore, in addition to the fantastic SC SL 1: 2/35 and the Sigma 14-24 Art. It is a lot of fun to be on the road with the SL2. I am very happy that many of you like the pictures, thank you very much!

Too much detail to the point it’s scary and not useful 🤓🤪😷

Like looking from 15cm away at a 1 metre print! Well a decent illustration of how well the camera and lens combination works. There’s been no retouching or cleanup in the example of course
