This was with the Q2 I blew out the sky so a bit of recovery in Lightroom.  Wanted to see what I could get away with as far as dynamic range. Normally I would expose for the sky.  All in all very pleased with the camera.

Correct it does.....why do you ask?

I'm thinking you meant to ask what aperture was it shot at, not what lens it was shot with.

Some images of my first photos with the Q2 from a day trip to the nice city of Boppard in the Rhine Gorge of Germany. Developed from DNG in Lightroom, adjustments are shadows, highlights, contrast and maybe some cropping / bw conversion / vignette.

I had the Q1 for two years and the Q2 is a really nice iteration: Lots of cropping possible, no banding in the shadows anymore (my Q1 had banding even with the latest firmware), a much better on/off switch :D , weather sealing, great dynamic range and much more. So far I love it!

All photos are available for download in full size here:

Looks like an 8-bit jpg artifact. Not the camera. Look at the original in LR and I doubt you’ll see it.

I would probably have bracketed the exposure and used HDR gently in LR.

So that is what I would have done only here I wanted to see how the camera handled in these conditions. I was able to recover quite a bit.  Cheers

It was a very good test. Actually based upon your posted jpg it looks like the camera handled the scene pretty well.
