If we are talking about non-photography brands, I would mention Audi, Bang & Olufsen, Rolex and Sonos as being pleasurable.

Oh. You started it now. 😁

Agree with your selections plus I’d add Porsche cars, S. T. DuPont pens, A. Lange & Söhne watches.

I loved the Zeiss Ikon; It was a pleasure to shoot with with regard to ergonomics, tactility, and image quality. I am sorry I sold it. If Zeiss had produced a digital version I would have been first in the queue to buy it.0

I frequently have an Ikon in my ebay "watch" list, but then don't buy it. That, the Nikon Df, and the Hassy 500 CM are my mad money fantasy cameras.

So call me crazy but I just ordered the Nikon Z7.  I had used Nikons for the last 20 years in my wedding work till I retired 2 years agao. As much as I love the Q2 I still wanted some ultra wide lens and focus stacking.  The Z7 seems to have alot going for it.  Will see.

I often shoot my Q with manual everything - so now I have Leica M mount and M39 mount adapters on my Canon EOS-R.  Poor man's SL?

Shooting with a very old 50mm 2.8 Russian Leica 1939 copy is fantastic with the R and manual focus (which can zoom 6x or 10x).

Leica 90mm f4.0 Elmar is due to arrive from B&H next week.  Much smaller than the Canon EF 85 1.8 and EF adapter.  Maybe I'll find a Leica 21mm!

And I love the Hassy 503 CM in loan from a friend -and- Rollei 2.8 (I have several of them - Schneider glass preferred over Zeiss)

I used to have a lovely old Rollei, but then I lent it to my brother-in-law, and haven't seen it since!

Hardly crazy. That'd probably be my non-Leica digital purchase as well. But every time I look through its viewfinder, I see way too much information. For me, at least, it's way too distracting; otherwise has a splendid UI.

Lange & Sohne watches have not pleased me, because I have never owned one. They are completely out of my price range.

I vicariously enjoyed one owned by a friend. Like you, out of my price range. By a lot. Still, beautiful workmanship.

Interesting thread!

I like Fuji cameras. Not as much as leica, but they were really the only brand doing much innovating at a reasonable price point around the time they brought out the X system and it's a great system and still improving.

I like Taylor and Gibson guitars.

I like French cookware and cutlery, and German kitchen knives.

I like the godox flash equipment.

I like my surface laptop 2.

I would love to own an Aston Martin one day.

Sony A7RIII with a set of Zeiss Loxia primes is a really nice shooting experience, especially for landscape.  Have to do some post editing to adjust for Sony color, but the manual focus with the Loxias on Sony mirrorless is sublime.  Super sharp, nice bokeh (in my opinion).
