But with a beauty, shouldn't her arm better remain rounded? Normally I'd agree with you on this, especially since Amita's right arm is prettier than her left, but the purpose is not unlike the gallerist's painting - Amita needed the photo for online posting, and this was a compromise to include certain elements while keeping those elements as large as possible.
