My goodness, this image really hits me, the veins in her arms, the round of her back, yet the smile on her face, amazing very moving image, thank you for sharing.

Thanks!!  I always appreciate comments on my photos.  Dona Cleta was the only living speaker of Chorti Maya.  She fled Guatemala during the civil war there and lived in Estanzuela in Honduras.  Her extended family is still there but she died about 5 years ago.  She was in her 80's.  She was only about 4' tall with severe scoliosis but she was always happy.  I loved her.
