How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 1000 kB (2000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “c

Leica MP w/50mm Summicron DR on Rollei RPX100 dev.in Rodinal 1:25 for 8 min. at 20C.

Scanned with Plustek 8200 and Vuescan software.

A close up of mechanical detail of an historic steam locomotive at the Snoqualmie Train Museum.
My first 100 foot roll of Rollei RPX 100 so I'm testing the tonal range on difficult subjects. This film has really impressed me with it's ability to hold deep blacks without losing highlights.
Rollei RPX 100 souped in Rodinal 1:25 for 8 min. at 20 C.
Shot with Leica MP and 50mm Summicron DR and scanned on Plustek 8200 with Vuescan software. Click on image for better detail.

Ha, yes indeed. I've largely been avoiding that. I reckon we'll see a spike in COVID infections as a result of it.
