We enjoyed a wonderful day in Den Bosch on July 1st. The organization (and timing!) was tip-top.

As explained by Paulus: taking pictures in the church -as a group- was strictly prohibited...

When we arrived there was a wedding going on, even more prohibited to take pictures.

An Asian couple was wedding and also the priest was Asian. Luckily I managed to steal a picture to show you how it looked like:

@Paulus, Nijmegen seems o.k. to me. I'll keep an eye on this topic. You want an emailadres for a mailinglist?

It should attract some more German participants. And what about our Belgian friends, they were missed this time around...

Thank you, Paul and All. Tahlay just told me that she had a great experience with you all, and that some people even laughed at her jokes. ...

It was a pleasure to meet Tahlay, she fitted right in, and she was extremely well-behaved (she didn't even have to tell me to say that ^_^) unlike the rest of us incorrigible old rogues.  She seemed to enjoy the day, particularly Van Gogh's works at the museum, and I hope she comes along to other forum meet-ups in the Netherlands or wherever in the future.

Pete.

Thank you Paulus and all Leica friends for a wonderful day in historic Den Bosch.

Your precious presence was our present, Den Bosch was its warm and welcoming gift wrapping!

Thank you, Paul and All. Tahlay just told me that she had a great experience with you all, and that some people even laughed at her jokes  . From the sounds of things, it's a good job that she doesn't have a motordrive on the M6, otherwise she may be self-sufficiently supporting the resurrection of Kodak.

She's now over in Rotterdam seeing if she can burn some more emulsion, and hopefully taking in Salgado's exhibition.

All teasing aside Eoin, she is a charming young lady and one you should be extremely proud of! Her jokes and stories are funny and we were not just being polite.

She's scared of snakes though. And plants that look like snakes. And snakes that look like plants :)

So last year Sander lent me his 60mm Macro-Elmarit-R, leaving me with no other option than to buy one on eBay. This year he lent me his 180mm Elmar-R.... guess I'll have to keep my eyes open for one of those now.....
