unfortunately this forum isn't made for showing pictures at greater scale. So maybe you have a look at it at https://500px.com/photo/196501307/warschau-by-stefan-groenveld

Rimlight - check the More Reply Options.  So long as you don't post 100% Jpegs the forum gives pretty flexible resources.

Hi All

Here are my first impressions with the new M10: The handling is as simple as needed and I love it (M3 to M7 style). Image quality is very natural.

In the near future I'll go more in detail concerning image quality related to M9 and M (type 240).

Have fun

Absolutely non post processing. Just DNG-JPEG converting by LR. Yes I agree I was really surprised by the natural color rendering. It is the 1 time. Before with M8,9 or 240, It was necessary to adjust

Different theme - What's beginning to impress me is how MUCH there is in these files.

Rapidly variable light and I haven't got the auto ISO habit.  When I set off up this trail it was pretty overcast and (using the lovely ISO wheel) I decided it was a 400 ISO afternoon.  Then the light changed (as it does in Cumbria!) and I also saw the shot.  I'm beginning to play with Auto ISO on the M10 and am very impressed.  Maybe next time I'm out...

Have a look:

https://www.dxomark.com/Cameras/Compare/Side-by-side/Sony-A7-II-versus-Sony-A7R-versus-Leica-M-Typ-240___996_917_844

If the sensor is nearly as good as M240, there should be about two stops (between ISO 400 and 100).

In times everybody wants to get much more with new cameras, it's worst to think about.

Thanks Chris for showing and explaining; thanks Bernd for discussion.

This is to demonstrate how lovely and artistically applicable the noise/grain is of the M10 at higher ISO's. Here is 6400ISO, Summilux75, F1.7.

Reminds me of Kodak TMZ 3200ASA, just a bit cleaner (the lines in the back are from a chair, so that you don't think it's banding or so, :) ).

The grain enhances the beautiful bo-keh effect of the Summilux 75 IMO, especially if you look along the edge of the table
