UliWer Posted December 27, 2023 Share #12247 Posted December 27, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) I think nobody will take offense of yor postings if you follow yorda@'s wish to use parsimony as far as the number of postings is concerned, add the data about the camera and lens and follow the rules about what is an "older lens".

I posted a photo for the first time this Monday and after a comment from the moderator I wrote that I only have a Sony NEX 5n. I didn't think it was necessary to mention this every time, sorry! This is the first time in my life I’m participating in a forum and I’m not very familiar with PCs. Sorry, I don’t even know how to reduce the font.... Sincerely, old fool toodys.
Alberti Posted December 27, 2023 Share #12253 Posted December 27, 2023 I think thios series of too dys needs a small ovation, as regards the capability these images have in conveying the Leica look and the Leica method. You go vor it. Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! I am curious as to the body toodys used. (getting clarity is a really nazzy question of course) It is like a request from a scifi book and I must say the works tick time like a clockwork. OK ok I used M10-R & 35mm Cron/4, imported by Odin decades ago. 5
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! Mine is a Summicron-R 35/2 but yours looks no slouch by far. Reminds me of the Biogon 35/2.8 which is an old design too but is still sold by Zeiss-Cosina. farnz Posted December 27, 2023 Author Share #12256 Posted December 27, 2023 @toodys Thank you for letting us know that you are not used to online forums and posting pictures. I think we have all been in that situation where we are new to forums and we need to learn what the rules are and what is considered reasonable by others so I'm satisffied that you didn't mean to cause offence. Unfortunately the number of pictures you posted today has swamped the thread so would you very kindly limit yourself to posting no more than 10 pictures per day please? I know you mentioned that you use a Sony Nex 5 camera, which is fine as long as you follow the guidance I offered in my last post. Would you please add the details of camera and lens for each picture (or series of pictures if there is no change) because it's not reasonable to expect other posters to have to go back several pictures to find out which camera you have or which lens you used? By the way, I have enjoyed the pictures you have posted here. Pete.

Thank you for not kicking the amateur photographer out of the forum at all. ))) I have taken into account all the comments, I consider the rules reasonable, although I don’t think that there will be changes in my equipment fleet, I will make annotations. Actually, I came to the forum to watch and learn all sorts of BOKE, GLOW.... 2
