Am i right saying that ISO dial  does not have the fixing button? so it could be easily changed occasioanly

Personally I'd be perfectly fine if it's no different that the shutter speed dial. I certainly don't accidentally bump that wrongly. And I don't expect to bump into the top left edge of the camera while viewing through the OV. For all other times, I can see exactly what it's set at instantly without performing finger gymnastics  ;)

Its right on the edge - you can easily bump it putting in/out your bag ( if you use the bag at all)

Beautiful body!

Although reduced thickness has been requested over and over again in this and other threads, I am quite confident - at least for my hand - that the holding of the body will not improve when the (relatively) heavy 50Noct or some of the larger M-luxes and M-crons are used. No upgrade on my side this time (also because I find the SL a very capable, enjoyable and handable tool to use)...

And what is your strap going to do?

Anyway, from all we have seen till now this is going to be a very nice camera, a practically mandatory ;) upgrade from the M9, but whether it is worth the expense of replacing an M 240  is highly doubtful, depending on one's needs, of course (e.g. eye relief etc for spectacles wearers)

For newcomers to Leica: very attractive, I would say.

From the specs on Leica Rumors, it doesn't appear to have video. I've read a few articles that said video diminishes image quality. It'll be interesting to hear what Leica says about that, if anything.

I like the thin factor, but I don't believe it is worth giving up my M-D.

It sounds like the viewfinder has caught up with the Ikon ZM, which my old eyes much prefer to any Leica M. That alone is enough for me to consider finally switching from my M9. The 240 and such had no appeal to me. But perhaps I'll wait for the M-D version, which is what I really want.

Looks lovely, though not for me.

SL/Q sensor is nice, but as expected no better.

Thinner but not materially lighter.

Wider view OVF is good, but will make my existing problem worse - focussing accuracy..

All that for an M240 user shooting mostly 50mm, not a big deal.
