Thank you so much Dan! I really appreciate your encouraging comments! This weekend I will create a new thread with the dahlia buds photos. I am very proud of them and have done a lot of work. I essentially got ill (I am currently with fever) taking photos of them in the cold. so I assure you they are much better than this photo! I wanted to get some more but I am currently home recovering.. I have about 10 though, plenty enough... I think it may be an ongoing project in the end. I replaced the photo and on the new one the stem is shown up very very subtly!
