Peter Sellers' Leica M4 1967

I thought all the early M4’s were chrome, like mine, which is #47 of all production M4’s.

Looks a camera but I will not bet any about, can be a M4 or a Leicaflex why not PS owned a lot of camera and not only Leica's

 

jc, could it be a Leicaflex Mk1 with a chrome 35 Elmarit-R ? ....

I love the comment in the RFF thread about Peter at CRR finding Peter Seller’s M4 was full of bed fluff and there was me thinking that was what he usually married.

Thanks for bumping up this puzzle once more.

 

The strap lug on Seller's camera in the Ferrari picture comes through the leather like an M camera and not above the leather at the level of the chrome top-plate like the Leicaflex Mk1. I am beginning to think that this is not a Leica at all.
