I believe, sometimes, the quality of the moment supersedes consideration of any and all other things related to a photograph.

Her enthusiasm was waning, but I chose to ignore it; in consequence, It was I who got to "fetch" my last throw down the hill.......while she watched from the top of the hill.

This absurd moment brought to you by Minox Riga, 15/3.5 Minostigmat, Agfa Copex microfilm.

Best,

Wayne

I often wonder when it comes to "walkies" who's really taking who. Same, it would appear, for throwing sticks or balls.

Nice photo of a good dog. Looks as if he-she is giving us the eye.... or do the irises have different colours ?

Really good Xicara, from composition to focus to tonality just perfect.

Looks delicious. I see a slight tint. May I ask how you scanned it?

Very dramatic Antonio. I like the contrasty scene a lot. Does this film have a slightly narrower exposure latitude?

I like this one a lot, and also how it contrasts to the much darker and ominous Margins. But whereas I can see why that one is called like that, I'm struggling with the meaning of Backwater Bright

Is it because of Covid-19 that there are no tourists or is end of the season? Btw, I like both photos

Thank you :)

It was end of July or beginning of August but a cold and bit rainy day around 06:00 pm (on my opinion perfect conditions for taking photos ;)). There are in general not so many tourists in this area. On a normal sunny day there are people at the lido and on weekends it is crowded. I guess it was this year the same as the years ago.

That's what it looks like on a sunny day:

Thank you Philip, on my screen I don't see much of a tint--maybe a hue of green in shadows. Otherwise the colors are as I remember them, apart from the apples, they might be a touch more yellow. But  hues of colors in shady parts are always tricky, maybe we should ask a physicist ( Or Rog ? ) to explain that. Something with the addition ( or was it subtraction ?) of the reflected and the shine -through light... Furthermore it might be that I used an ND filter.... which gives a slight greenish tint. I don't remember-I take the ND on and off with my NLX and the SLXes.  I didn't scan that myself; I have the color negatives developed and scanned at https://www.meinfilmlab.de-- they are really good.

I think so. It's contrasty and shadows get crushed very easily. In this case I exposed for the highlights, though, so I expected such a constrast.
