Rog, I reckon the grid is spaced conveniently for my feet to use it as a ladder and step over it...to see better the light on the horizon your picture vaguely suggests 😁

I know I'm overdoing the columbines... but I just love them.  Their time actually  is over now, the seeds are ready and so I mowed the meadow yesterday. For more columbines next year !

Michele a Forcella is still more or less like that, although I'm not sure the experience is the same after Covid.
