(Despite not using the D2 much nowadays, I don't think I could sell it.) No post processing.

Only used it once last year and also got a (cheap) usb charger. There is something about the D2, it's the handling of the camera (it's digital but feels analog to me) that prevents me from selling it. I purchased it second hand back in the year the D-Lux 4 was released, but the D2 was my choice between the two cameras.

Wow~!

Such gorgeous examples of master visionary computers - infinite megabits - behind their cameras!

And such a testament that even in this day and age, the D2 is still more than capable, in capable hands and eyes, and minds, to blow away 99% of the others out there, irrespective of technology!

Blown away!

[ps / not counting (much) but we're soon going to be up to the 11th Anniversary - of this thread.... 🙂 ]

A great black and white image of the train. Did you shoot this RAW or JPG and then do a conversion to black and white in post processing? Or did you change the white balance to black and white "before" you took the image?

Well done.

I have both the Digilux 2 and the X Vario - will never sell them!!
