Iduna Posted August 3, 2012 Share #1 Posted August 3, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) this summer is not what you call a dream. Permanently one has to look for shelter. This time it was a tower with a roofed platform 20 mtr altitude built 1897 on a hill in memory of the Prussian Queen Luise. From there one can have an overlook over a small part the rural area of a region called Ostwestfalen-Lippe. This is not an area with spectacular sights. It requires to be discovered at the second glance. Panorama stitched out of 5 handheld shots Canon 5DMKII with Elmarit R 35mm The oroginal is 3.6 MB and I am afraid scaling down to forum size might show a slight blurr. Please climb the steps. Thanks for taking a look.

xpr.108 Posted August 3, 2012 Share #3 Posted August 3, 2012 Do you mind if I ask what kind of panaroma software you were using?
Iduna Posted August 4, 2012 Author Share #4 Posted August 4, 2012 Paul, thanks for taking a look and writing a nice review. xpr, thanks for looking. Yes, I used a very common software: Photoshop Elements 9 and its Panorama function "Interactive Panorama". Normally this works quite well. For more complicated cases there is a software Hugin and another one Panorama Studio. With PSE the program works without any possibility of interference of the user. The other programs have this. Both of these are available as freeware.
