NJH Posted January 3, 2014 Share #323 Â Posted January 3, 2014 Raiz 1 as soon as I looked at your picture I just knew you must come from Portugal, it always amazes me that your country has incredible sun sets like that. We get some here too out across Lyme bay but I keep missing them typically stuck in work.

I too get sometimes stuck in work but once in a while I remember that there's only one sunset per day ... Pedro
hepcat Posted January 3, 2014 Share #326 Â Posted January 3, 2014 Here's a portrait of my M8 anti-panda taken with my M9-P, Visoflex III and the Viso Elmar 65mm f/3.5. Sadly, as much as I've enjoyed it, I have to offer it for sale to fund the purchase of Hasselblad equipment. I thought I'd post a photo of it for your enjoyment before it sells. I think it's a beautiful camera. They are stellar performers. Â L1008463 by chief1120, on Flickr
Theo-cantor- Posted January 3, 2014 Share #327  Posted January 3, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello everybody,  I just bought my 3rd M8. The first one I bought very cheap for about 1200Euro’s but it had a hot pixel. So Leica put in a new sensor and it was awesome!!! Then the M9 came along so I traded the old girl for a steel grey M9. I thought I was in heaven. After 4 months of shooting the M9 I started to miss the old girl……….don’t ask me why but I think it had something to do with the tiny display on top or was it something else….???? So my second (black) M8 was in my Think Tank bag again!!  The M came on the market but hey…that’s to expensive for me!!! All of a sudden I had the opportunity to trade in The M8 and the M9 for a M…!!! OMG…..  Last week I went with my M for a Biogon Zeiss 21 2.8 to my local dealer and guess what….there was this nice minty little 6900 shots black M8 in the window…….SOLD!!!!  Things can go weird don’t you think???  The M8 has a special place in my heart.   Bye,  Theo Eindhoven Netherlands  Leica 1A Leica IIIA Leica IIIF Leica M3 Leica M8 Leica M Nikon D-800  Summicron 50 Summicron 35 ASP Elmarit 90 Zeiss Biogon 21 2.8 Zeiss Biogon 35 2.8  Reply

pieter.h Posted January 6, 2014 Share #330 Â Posted January 6, 2014 Strange. It looks like the picture shot with the M has less DR (i.e. more blown highlights).
