I can also see a building of Mahle in the photo.  Suppliers to the automotive industry.  With a concentration of companies in and around Stuttgart. Now I need to find the right suspension bridge……

I googled “skyline stuttgart” as I couldn’t find a matching suspension bridge, et voila: Wohnturm Skyline Stuttgart pops up, with matching picture.  Thereafter on google maps, I found the the suspension tower from where I think you took the shot: Killesbergturm.
