I think it is an Alfa Romeo 4C Coupe. I do not think that Zagato was involved here though.

Congratulations, you got it!

The 4C was built at Maserati factory in Modena, the chassis was a construction of Dallara. Design "Cento Stile Alfa Romeo" (not sure if Wolfgang Egger was responsible like he was for the 8C). Sorry for the poor mobile phone image quality, saw that one in a local parking deck, the only 4C I saw in the public so far.

Somehow I missed to drive a factory test car (family and house were prio #1 in that time). Fortunately I had tested an 8C in Italy when that was new. Didn´t impress me much (like the Maseratis of that time) and I asked a works representative if a lighter and smaller 8C like a Lotus wouldn´t be a bad idea. So a testdrive in the 4C would possibly have been a good answer to my question.

The first crop was pretty tricky, but I should have recognized it earlier. I have to give part of the credit to John, because he mentioned Zagato, which made me think of the Alfa SZ … and then the scales fell from my eyes.

There is a Urus sitting in front of the head office of one of these house buying companies in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. It is in Black with fluorescent yellow lining highlights all over every edge. It is hideous and cannot imagine the size of ego you would need, to buy an "Ooh look at me" car like that. The all black one above looks much better. I imagine they are very good to drive, as the turbo 4 litre Porsche/Audi V8 engine is a gem and although I don't like Chelsea tractors at all, when I have been lent a Cayenne courtesy car (on which the Urus is based), by my local Porsche dealer when my car is being serviced, they really are remarkably pleasant to drive, for a truck.

This one is owned by one of the sponsors of a classic car race and was used as pace car. Despite the car he is a quite decent guy. When racing, he drives a slightly spiced-up Cobra replica with about the same hp as the Urus.

I agree on the Cayenne.

Met a young (hipster) marketing representative of a luxary car dealer at a Lamborghini event and he told me that the URUS will be the first Lambo SUV.

Told him to take his golden cell phone and google "Cheetah", "LM001" or "LM002".
