Spring is here, flowers appearing in our vertical garden, lemons and limes on the trees. Can’t help but feel life is good, now we can open the doors and shake off winter. Tomorrow, Auckland goes from Level 3 back to a revised Level 2 - masks indoors and on public transport, social distancing and limits of 10 people in a gathering - but, most can go back to work and to be honest, life is good. I see you’re west of Melbourne - we’ve been thinking of friends in Victoria. Does the lockdown extend to you? The car? Looks British, early 1960s. hektor Posted August 29, 2020 Share #13497 Posted August 29, 2020 (edited) Hello John, Seriatum: spring has also sprung here, however Dictator Dan has imposed a curfew at night and furthermore we are not allowed to travel more than 5 kms without a permit. Reminds me of my time in the DDR (East Germany) in the seventies. I am east of Melbourne: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dewhurst,_Victoria 50 kms from the centre of Melbourne. The car is not British.
