Rona!d Posted November 25, 2018 Share #11661 Posted November 25, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I would have said Felber FF (the strange Lancia based Ferrari 330 GTC inspired thing from Switzerland) but it seems to be wrong.

NigelG Posted November 26, 2018 Share #11668 Posted November 26, 2018 The lamp placement is very similar to an AC 289...but that chrome snout looks more like an "echo" of a 50's coach-built "speciale" (Vignale-bodied Ferrari etc). But the wheels!!
a.j.z Posted November 26, 2018 Share #11669 Posted November 26, 2018 Not 50s, but the "speciale" is the right direction (no Vignale bodied Ferrari though). The wheels appear not to be original.
Rona!d Posted November 26, 2018 Share #11670 Posted November 26, 2018 Just think of standard steel wheels, serial production, in that serial look (maybe not exactely the same size) hundreds of thousand times. The maker of this car partly used wired wheels for other cars he made, especially for prior generations, but rarely on this one (most are aftermarket here, you even see pseudo wired hubcaps over steel wheels). This vehicle came with standard steel wheels, I´m pretty sure. I hope that was ok, Andreas? This is an interesting riddle you have posted.

Price went up more than 50.000,- € over the 2010 price for a good one.
IkarusJohn Posted November 28, 2018 Share #11675 Posted November 28, 2018 This is frustrating - I know I’ve seen this car before. The glasshouse suggests 1960s. French?

a.j.z Posted November 28, 2018 Share #11679 Posted November 28, 2018 (edited) As mentioned above Nigel's "speciale" idea is the right track but not as special as Ferrari (later also Ford models used the name of the designer as "luxury" line) . Thus not French. Edited November 28, 2018 by a.j.z
