Hi Pete - I think this image has an element of subtle humor that makes it a keeper. I would, however, suggest cropping out the dead space in the street in the bottom of the page. This will create a landscape aspect ratio, but I think it will be more effective as there is quite a bit of empty street that you can do away with.

 

I may also consider dialing down either the exposure or the highlights a bit as the image seems a little on the overexposed side as well as a little flat. Perhaps also some localized contrast.

 

Lots of potential and these are some comments for your consideration.
