Thanks Dirk, yes I forgot, it's even a small village near Ashgabat: Gypjak.

Where can we find this sculpture by nature? It is part of a greater piece which has been given a name by the local population. This name, or a pretty close description of the place where we can find it, is asked.

It's indeed the Oya temple (大谷, well seen), near Utsunomiya.

Frank Lloyd Wright chose Oya stone, quarried in the region, in his design of the original Imperial Hotel in Tokyo.
