Ivan, I do love your B&W work. Outstanding composition, texture, tonal range and drama. All this creates a great mood from something that could have otherwise been nothing...does that make sense?!

IMHO, even mundane subjects can make an image interesting.

Ivan,

 

I love the way you chose the horizon to be 'straight'.

At the right end of the picture the horizon is not broken by the well.

So it has a very strong geometry and tension.

As always your light and tonal range amazes me.
