Advertisement Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Hi Leon_B., Take a look here latest M11 firmware update - lockups finally fixed?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Smudgerer Posted February 20 Share #2 Posted February 20 On clicking the links it appears that only the M11-D, M11 and the M11-P have firmware updates available, nothing for the M11-M, just release notes. Do I have that right?

Do I have that right? You are right. I can't find it either... But there should also be an update for the Monochrom - I try to get in contact.

Steve Ash Posted February 20 Share #8 Posted February 20 I updated the firmware of my M11M via the Fotos app. Update went quick and smooth. As I noted already in the German section of the forum I wondered about the recommendation to reset the camera. I learnt that you can reset the camera without loosing your profiles and settings for Leica Fotos. Thus there is no reason to hesitate on the recommendation for resetting the camera after the firmware update.

Jacobjuul Posted February 20 Share #12 Posted February 20 after updating and putting the camera in continuous low, I get weird behaviour when using the shutter button with single presses. Almost like it brackets the shot once in a while (fires multiple shots after letting go of the shutter button)

Almost like it brackets the shot once in a while (fires multiple shots after letting go of the shutter button) This bug is present in M11 from the very beginning on all firmwares in any continues mode. Sometimes the camera continues to take frames (0.5-1 sec) even when the shutter button is released. Edited February 20 by Smogg

DadDadDaddyo Posted February 20 Share #17 Posted February 20 Updated M11 and M11M via Fotos app (Android) without issue. Guy goes to his doctor for a shot. Guy asks, "Say, Doc, will I be able to play the accordion after getting this shot?" Doc replies, "Well, there may be a little arm soreness for a while, but, yes, I should think so..." Guy says, "Great!! I've always wanted to play the accordion!!"
