 Here in NZ you can even buy net of tax for many things (including cameras and watches)   The store will sight your travel documents and you collect the goods airside as you’re leaving. You only need to go overseas - so three hours to Sydney, have a nice weekend and then come home. Getting a refund of the 10% Australian sales tax on things you bought whilst there as a tourist. 🤔
